Bioservices Group has developed a proven solution to the increasing high costs of medical waste management, the External Steam Agitation (ESA) Medical Waste Treatment/Reduction System provides low cost steam sterilization of medical waste in a dynamic environment.
Treated waste is rendered both biologically inert and visibly treated. The mechanical mixing process eliminates waste density, a common waste treatment barrier in traditional medical waste autoclave technologies. Low-density plastics shrink; high-density plastics disfigure; pathological wastes are finely shredded; liquid wastes are dehydrated. The result: A low moisture, homogeneously treated residue unrecognizable as medical waste.
