Polymeric Heat Exchangers
Cesaroni Technology Incorporated has developed polymeric heat
exchange technology for use in automotive, defence, industrial,
aerospace and HVAC applications. Typical automotive applications
include prime mover exchangers for use in military vehicles such
as the HMMWV, PSD (AAAV), FMTV and LVS as well as typical
passenger car and truck exchangers. Exchangers include engine
radiators, transmission oil coolers, hydraulic oil coolers, power
steering coolers, engine oil coolers and heater cores.

Lead-free Ammunition
Cesaroni Technology Incorporated has developed a line of
lead-free ammunition suitable for use in training exercises as
well as tactical situations. Preliminary calibers include 9 mm
pistol and 5.56 mm rifle projectiles.

Cesaroni Technology Incorporated has developed a line of
polymeric solid rocket propellants for use in amateur rocketry as
well as defence and atmospheric research applications.

Cesaroni Technology has developed DataCAD(TM), a software design
suite used to develop man machine interface (MMI) applications
for use in data acquisition systems, building automation
systems, industrial machinery control, servo control, and a host
of other acquisition and control opportunities. The software is
capable of remote data acquisition and control using TCP/IP
(Internet Protocol).

Product Testing
Cesaroni Technology Incorporated currently has two engine
dynamometers (gas and diesel) for engine testing as well as three
thermodynamic wind tunnels for testing heat exchanger performance
(liquid/liquid, liquid/air, air/air). The well equipped
materials laboratory includes a scanning electron microscope
(SEM) as well as a host of other materials testing equipment.
The outdoor test facility is used to test a variety of hybrid and
solid rocket fuels.
