Canada, farming over 300 acres and purchasing farmed shellfish
from about 50 independant shellfish farmers. Fanny Bay Oysters
Ltd. has recently opened a brand new 17,000ft state-of-the-
art processing plant with both fresh & IQF processing
capabilities.
Fanny Bay Oysters operates with HACCP approval from the Canadian
Food Inspection Agency and is EU approved.
