Future Developments is a private company specializing in the
field of covert surveillance for restricted access use by
government and law enforcement organizations. We also provide
overt CCTV equipment and systems. Future Developments also
works with qualified industrial and business clientel. We
provide sales, rentals and lease to purchase of equipment,
including some of our custom surveillance equipment. We have a
research and development componenet and our FDL brand equipment
is sole source. We provide consulting services, risk analysis
services, custom design and maintenance in the area of CCTV
security as well. FDL also designs surveillance equipment for
environmental protection and studies. We are members of the
IACP, NATIA and ASIS. As well we have provided equipment and
consulting services for various federal, state, provincial and
law enforcement entities throughout North America. We have a

are in the process of applying for R & D funds to develop further
cutting edge technology and integrations for more effective
cutting-edge applications and enclosures in this area. Although
we are a small company and a relative newcomer to this area,
we've entered the field with a reputation for integrity and
expertise in all of our business dealings and look forward to the
opportunity to grow and continue to develop our reputation as
specialists in this area. We offer on-site evaluations and work
with contractors or clients to determine exact equipment
necessary to meet challenges and specifications of project. We
have commercial application equipment as well as limited access
equipment and design available only to law enforcement or
qualified sectors of corporate and industry. It is our goal to

Specialty Electronics Fields
Our company also provides electronics maintenance for specialty
contracts such as security circuit boards for some Alberta remand
centres, equipment maintenance for Crain Drummond. We are also
alliances of Telus Corp. in the field of TTY (teletype equipment
for the deaf communications). In this area we are a main warranty
and non-warranty repair center for Ultatec Inc., world's largest
manufacturer of TTY equipment, based in Madison, Wisc. Our sister
company, Future Developments Rental Inc. focuses on TTY access
development, information, sales and rentals throughout Canada. We
also specialize in VCR repair and servicing, including time lapse
VCR's.
