Founded in 1929 by Frank Edgar, Lucky Strike Bait Works Ltd. has
grown into Canada's oldest and one of the largest fishing
tackle and landing net manufacturers. Lucky Strike Bait Works is
recognized for quality products that include wooden plugs,
spinning and casting spoons, trolling spoons, lake trolls and
leaders, jigs, spinners, spinner baits, shank baits, crawler
harnesses, crank baits, and landing nets.
Over the past several years, Lucky Strike Bait Works has
exported
products to Japan, the United States, Ireland, Italy, and
Finland. Sales are generally made to distributors and mail order
companies. All exports are handled on a pro-forma basis, F.O.B.
prices are available in Canadian and United States currencies.

Lucky Strike is pleased to announce the revitalization of the well
known ``Dominion`` Brand fishing tackle name. Owen Jones
founded the company in 1926 which was formerly known as
OWEN`s and then renamed OWENS - DOMINION. Known for
the famous trolling spoon Wizard, still a productive spoon for lake
trout, rainbows and salmon, Dominion is proud to be making
available for the first time a complete line of environmentally
friendly products. Bismuth and tin will be used to provide split
shot, jigs and weight forward spinners to meet today`s ever
growing concerns and legislation against environmental
degradation. Dominion is here today for a better tomorrow.
