Description:
The company manufactures and distributes the Freedom Bed, a lateral rotation bed for immobilized people. The product prevents and treats bed sores and other complications of immobility. Its primary purpose is to automatically turn patients to a maximum of 30 degrees on both the left and right sides. The bed can be operated manually or automatically on an adjustable schedule. It can be programmed to turn with a frequency between one minute and 4 hours between turns. It can also be stopped at any angle in one degree increment. It is 12 volts powered and has backup battery power to run the bed in the event of a power failure. It is completely quiet, which allows patients to sleep through the night while being automatically turned. The Freedom Bed has CSA, UL, and FCC approvals and has all required approvals for sale in the US and Canada.
