Process Quality Associates (PQA) is a team of professionals who

PQA is the sole distributor and implementor of the Plexus (r)

Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), a partnership between
the Big 3 and major suppliers endorses Plexus as the recommended
and preferred method to implement QS-9000.
