assumed its corporate status in 1979. Our entire twenty-six

Service Star USA, Inc. (USA): Providing janitorial, custodial
and related building services in the United States.
Star Group International Trading Corporation (Europe): A
diversified services firm with offices in Greece and the
Netherlands.
Ceilcare Canada, Inc. (CDN): Acoustic Tile cleaning and
rejuvenation service.
The principle shareholder in all of Star Group companies is
Peter Potetsianakis, President, who has been continuously
associated with the janitorial and house-keeping industry for
almost 30 years. In 1986, the firm purchased the office
building at 352 Danforth Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario and it remains
the headquarters of Service Star Building Cleaning and all of
the Star Group international companies to this day.
Pertinent Experience and qualification of the firm
Under the leadership of CEO, Peter Potetsianakis, the Service
Star Companies have won and successfully operated large service
delivery contracts for high profile public and commercial
facilities, ranging from 100,000 to well over 1 million square
feet. Service Star has proven its ability to perform over both
a broad scope of geography and visibility, ranging from the
Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC to the CFB/NATO Training Base
